Born and raised in Strathmerton, Dawn embodied the town’s resilient heart. A proud premiership player for the Strathmerton Football Netball Club, she excelled on the court, fostering teamwork and joy. Her enduring bond with Strathmerton Primary School saw her as a cherished educator and aide, shaping young lives with dedication.
Dawn was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister—leaving behind her loving family, including children, grandchildren, and siblings who cherish her memory. Her caring, kind nature and infectious enthusiasm touched everyone; she was the ultimate team player, always with a smile and open heart. “Dawn’s kindness lit our world,” her loved ones reflect.
Dawn’s achievements include premiership glory, invaluable contributions to local netball and school programs, and a legacy of nurturing community bonds.
